Paper fascinates me and has done so for as long as I can remember, so it’s no coincidence that origami appealed to me so much.
Most of all it’s the pure, white paper that is shaded and tinted by the folding, making it multicolored, that captivates me. Also, the thought of how the one-dimensional paper can be transformed into a three-dimensional object.
Bookbinding is another ‘paper technique’ I have been doing for many years.
Writing and paper are truly the foundations of our civilization.
